  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 3 green onions sliced

Finishing Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

How to Make Slow Cooker Beef Fried Rice

1. Place the stew meat into a 6-quart slow cooker. Season the beef with the black pepper and garlic powder. Add the sesame oil, onion, and garlic over the beef.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef.

3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the beef is tender.

4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the eggs.

5. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Stir the frozen peas and carrots, cooked rice, and scrambled eggs into the slow cooker. Drizzle with the remaining soy sauce and sesame oil, then gently stir until everything is evenly combined. Cover and cook for an additional 20–30 minutes, or until heated through. Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
