How to Make Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar. Stir until the pretzels are coated. Press the pretzel mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

2. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the caramel bits and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.

3. Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzel crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the hot caramel layer. Let them sit for 2-3 minutes, then spread the melted chocolate into an even layer.

4. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt over the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely set. Slice into bars and serve.
