How to Make Guacamole
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the avocado flesh into a medium bowl and discard the skins.
2. Dice the tomatoes and red onion, finely chop the jalapeño and cilantro, and cut the lime in half.
3. Using a fork, mash the avocados until they reach your desired consistency.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to the mashed avocado.
5. Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the mixture, then season with salt and black pepper. Gently stir everything together until well combined.
