Cheesy Garlic Cruffins combine buttery, flaky layers with a rich blend of garlic, herbs, and melted cheese. This recipe transforms simple crescent roll dough into elegant, bakery-style cruffins. They are perfect for brunch spreads, dinner sides, or impressive appetizers.

Ingredients You’ll Need
For the Filling
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 4 garlic cloves finely chopped or minced
- 2 ¼ cups grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Dough
- 1 sheet ready-made puff pastry chilled, not frozen
For the Topping
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- Extra chopped parsley for garnish

How to Make Cheesy Garlic Cruffins
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.
3. Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the sheet of puff pastry until you have a larger rectangle that is approx. 11×15 inches. Spread the prepared cheesy garlic butter mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pastry.
4. Form the Cruffins: Starting from one edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log, similar to a jelly roll. Slice the rolled pastry into 6–8 equal pieces. Place each piece, cut-side up, into a greased or lined muffin tin.
5. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cruffins are puffed and golden brown.
6. Finish and Serve: While still hot, brush the cruffins with melted butter and garnish with additional chopped parsley. Serve warm.
