Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings (Oven Baked)

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, pat chicken wings dry
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp oil

Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • ¼  cup butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼  cup parsley
  • ¼  cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

How to Make Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder.

3. In a large bowl, Coat the wings with the 2 Tbsp oil, then sprinkle on the seasoning mix. Toss to coat evenly.

4. Place the wings out on a baking sheet, and bake for 45 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

5. While the wings are baking, in a small pot and over low heat, melt the butter, then add the minced garlic and parsley. Stir until the garlic is fragrant. Make sure you don’t burn the garlic.

6. When the wings are finished cooking, remove them from the oven and pour the garlic butter sauce all over them. Then sprinkle them with the parmesan cheese.

7. Place the wings back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until they become crispy. Serve and enjoy.

Storage:
