Seasoned ground beef is simmered with taco and ranch seasoning for extra flavor, then spooned into crispy tortilla scoop chips, topped with plenty of cheese, and baked until perfectly melty. A sprinkle of fresh tomato and cilantro at the end adds just the right finishing touch.

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning, I use Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning
  • ¼ cup water
  • 24 mini tortilla scoop chips, I use Tostitos Scoops
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

How to Make Taco Ranch Bites

1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

2. Add taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and water to the skillet. Stir to coat and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the mixture thickens.

3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tortilla scoop chips on a baking tray. Fill each with a spoonful of seasoned beef, diced tomatoes and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
