How to Make Creamy Chicken Caesar Bake
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 9×13 with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a loathe bowl add the chicken, salt, pepper and garlic powder and stir.
2. To a large skillet add the oil and sear the chicken over a high heat, about 3-4 minutes. Just until lightly golden brown on each side, you don’t have to cook the chicken fully. Place in the 9×13.
3. In a medium size bowl add the Caesar dressing, sour cream, cream cheese, chicken broth and garlic and stir. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir again. Pour the creamy Caesar sauce all over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over top.
4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Or until the chicken is completely cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let sit for 5 minutes to let the sauce thicken up. Sprinkle with parsley (optional) and then serve and enjoy!
