Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 oz of cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup of chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp of garlic minced
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp of chopped parsley optional for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 9x13 with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a loathe bowl add the chicken, salt, pepper and garlic powder and stir.
  • To a large skillet add the oil and sear the chicken over a high heat, about 3-4 minutes. Just until lightly golden brown on each side, you don’t have to cook the chicken fully. Place in the 9x13.
  • In a medium size bowl add the Caesar dressing, sour cream, cream cheese, chicken broth and garlic and stir. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir again. Pour the creamy Caesar sauce all over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over top.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Or until the chicken is completely cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let sit for 5 minutes to let the sauce thicken up. Sprinkle with parsley (optional) and then serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
  • Browning the chicken adds extra flavor but can be skipped.
  • You can use provolone cheese instead of mozzarella.
  • You can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
  • If the chicken breasts are super thick, slice them in half.
