Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

These lemon pepper chicken wings are crispy on the outside, yet juicy and tender on the inside. The wings are coated in a lemon pepper seasoning combined with lemon zest and garlic powder, along with baking powder for extra crispness, before oven baking to perfection.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the olive oil, baking powder, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon zest and garlic powder to a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
Place the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the baking sheets. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes, or until cooked through, turning at the 25 minute mark.
Combine the melted butter and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Add the cooked chicken wings and toss gently to combine.
Garnish the chicken wings with the parsley before serving.
