- 8 chicken legs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Add chicken legs to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and onion powder over the chicken legs.
In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, and garlic.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
You can broil the chicken legs to add a little color.
Spoon sauce over the chicken before serving.
