Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken legs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Add chicken legs to the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper and onion powder over the chicken legs.
  • In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, and garlic.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  • You can broil the chicken legs to add a little color.
  • Spoon sauce over the chicken before serving.
