Easy Smoked Salmon Dip

This smoked salmon dip is perfect for brunch, a party platter, or a simple afternoon snack paired with crackers or fresh veggies!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp dill stems removed
  • 1 Tbsp capers drained
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and the lemon juice. Process until well combined.
  • Add the smoked salmon, capers, dill, salt, and pepper. And process. Make sure you don’t let it process for too long, so you keep little chunks of smoked salmon for texture.
  • Serve with crackers or crostini.

Notes

Storage:
Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to five days.
